Electronic Document Management
The task entrusted to us by the client included designing a logo, creating a brand book, all the most important elements of visual identity, including the design of a website with tabs.
The client expected a design that would be modern, understandable, and aesthetically pleasing, as well as versatile in terms of use.
Another important guideline was the desire to refer to Poland as a country.
About the Client

The free electronic document management system is a digital advancement tool for all public entities. The widespread implementation of EZD RP is the foundation of an efficient state and transparency in the administration’s operations.

Logo
In the logotype, we opted for very technical and modern lettering. The font used has undergone several modifications. Thanks to them, we have achieved, among other things, a smooth “transition” between the letters “EZD” and an even greater sense of modernity.
The signet is based on the symbolic shape of Poland, which emphasises the nationwide nature of the system and is a direct reference to part of the name: “RP” (Republic of Poland).
The symbol of the document is obviously associated with files, documents, or, generally speaking, documentation. The appropriate use of the shape of Poland allowed for a perfect combination of both symbols.
To emphasise the electronic nature of document management, we used recognisable electronic symbols in an appropriate, unique way that fits in with the overall design. In the logo, the element is directed towards the document, which further reinforces the message.
Brand book
Due to the client’s requirements resulting from the scale and importance of the project, an extensive brand book was prepared.
The thirty-page document we designed precisely described issues such as the origin and structure of the logo, taking into account all versions. In the chapter entitled “Logo structure”, we developed in detail the modular grid, construction, and fields: basic and protective.
We paid considerable attention to both the primary and complementary colour schemes, which played an important role in the context of logo applications, and thanks to a comprehensive section on usage guidelines, we ensured optimal conditions for the correct use of the logo.
The whole is complemented by the presentation of the proposed lettering in the visual identity.
